Staff Selection Commission has published a sample for the option form regarding the preference of Department/Offices allotted under the Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam.

The sample published by SSC is simply a template which does not need to be followed exactly. It’s there just to serve as a guide as to make the candidate aware of  the different departments or offices. This form elucidates the codes for the same. The candidates are supposed to further fill out the names and their respective roll numbers regarding this post preference.

For each of the three-different type of posts, viz., LDC, Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant or Data Entry Operator, there are different departments enlisted. The candidates must fill out the preference for each of the different departments for each type of post as the candidate should desire.  It should be kept in mind that this preference list will be considered when the final allotment of posts and departments is being done for the successful candidates.
