Health and education form the stepping stones for building a successful nation. No country can rise if these two elements are compromised in any way. But the million-dollar question is that if these two are so critical, then should they come with a price tag?

Health and education go parallel with each other. Without one, the zenith of the other cannot be achieved. Our constitution guarantees health-care and education to all citizens, without any discrimination, in fundamental rights and Directive Principles of State Policy. The underprivileged and deprived classes should be provided free health-care to make their living better and free education to improve their standard of living. 

Even after seventy years of independence, more than a quarter of our population is illiterate and a large chunk of the population does not have access to proper health-care.
