Staff Selection Commission conducts SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam in offline mode which is a descriptive exam. Tier 2 is not merely a test of knowledge of the candidate but also checks the writing skills of the candidates whether they are able to communicate their views to the readers in a coherent and fluent manner.
