• MIDHANI भारत में  विशेष धातु और मिश्र धातु की निर्माण सुविधा है, जो हैदराबाद, तेलंगाना में स्थित है।

• हिंदुस्तान एयरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड एक भारतीय राज्य के स्वामित्व वाली एयरोस्पेस और रक्षा कंपनी है जिसका मुख्यालय बैंगलोर, कर्नाटक में है।

•  This is the first time that such an MoU has been signed for composite raw materials. 

• The MoU was signed by Chairman and Managing Director, HAL Shri R Madhavan and Chairman and Managing Director, MIDHANI Dr S K Jha in the presence of other senior officials. 

• MIDHANI is a specialized metals and metal alloys manufacturing facility in India, located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

• Hindustan Aeronautics Limited is an Indian state-owned aerospace and defence company headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka.
