• The WHO-led initiative ‘Access to COVID-19 Tools (ACT) Accelerator’ has proven to be a ground-breaking global collaboration which is expediting development, production, and equitable access to COVID-19 tests, treatments, and vaccines.

• केन्द्रीय स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्री डॉ. हर्षवर्धन ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस के माध्यम से राष्ट्रमंडल देशों के स्वास्थ्य मंत्रियों की 33वीं बैठक, के उद्घाटन सत्र की अध्यक्षता की।

• The Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council received the award in the research and training category.

• The award has been given since 1977. 

• It is announced ahead of the Independence Day of Bangladesh. 

• The recipients of the award get a gold medal and a cash reward of Taka 5 lakh.

• The announcement of names for the award was made in March.

• प्रधान मंत्री शेख हसीना ने  नौ व्यक्तियों और एक शोध संगठन को बांग्लादेश के सर्वोच्च नागरिक पुरस्कार 'स्वाधीनता पुरस्कार 2021' प्रदान किया।

• My lab app provides a comprehensive guide to the testing procedure. 

• It will provide positive or negative test results to the patient.

• ICMR said that only a nasal swab would be needed for this Rapid Antigen Testing.

• All users will be required to click the picture of the test strip after completing the test procedure.

• The picture should be clicked with the same mobile phone which has been used for downloading the mobile app and user registration.

• भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान अनुसंधान परिषद (ICMR) ने घर पर परीक्षण के लिए CoviSelf किट को मंजूरी दे दी है। 

• परीक्षण व्यक्ति को स्वयं का परीक्षण करने में सक्षम बनाएगा। 

• ICMR ने अपनी एडवाइजरी में कहा कि उपयोगकर्ता को परीक्षण के लिए अपने मोबाइल फोन पर mylab ऐप डाउनलोड करना होगा। 

• ऐप परीक्षण प्रक्रिया का एक व्यापक गाइड है और रोगी को सकारात्मक या नकारात्मक परीक्षा परिणाम प्रदान करेगा।

•  इस रैपिड एंटीजन परीक्षण के लिए केवल एक नाक के स्वाब की आवश्यकता होगी। परीक्षण प्रक्रिया को पूरा करने के बाद, उपयोगकर्ताओं को उसी मोबाइल फोन के साथ परीक्षण पट्टी की तस्वीर क्लिक करनी होगी जिसका उपयोग मोबाइल ऐप डाउनलोड करने और उपयोगकर्ता पंजीकरण के लिए किया गया है।

Additional Information: केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने 19 मई, 2021 को राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों को महामारी रोग अधिनियम 1897 के तहत म्यूकोर्मिकोसिस या काले कवक को एक notified बीमारी घोषित करने को कहा है। हरियाणा इसे पहले ही  notified बीमारी घोषित कर चूका है
