• The campaign aims to identify anemic women and malnourished children and converge various departments to effectively deal with the problem in a state where malnutrition has been a major problem. 
• The recent Economic Survey quoted The Comprehensive National Nutrition Survey conducted in the state during March 2017 to July 2017 stating that based on the sample data, 36% of under five years of age are stunted—height for age, 29% are affected from Wasting—weight for height, and 45% are underweight—weight for age, indicating the status of undernutrition.
• झारखंड सरकार ने राज्य में कुपोषण से निपटने के लिए SAAMAR (Strategic Action for Alleviation of Malnutrition and Anemia Reduction) अभियान शुरू करने की घोषणा की है।

• Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS) has been approved for the period of next four years starting from 2021-22.

• Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has announced that the Universal Health Scheme (UHS) will be launched on May 1 this year.
• It will be named Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Yojana. 
• In his budget speech on February 24, Gehlot had announced Universal Health Scheme (UHS) with Rs 3,500 crore in the upcoming financial year wherein cashless health services up to Rs 5 lakh will be provided to all families in the state. 
• Gehlot said that registration for those not included in the National Food Security Act (NFSA)/Socio Economic Caste Census (SECC) beneficiary list will begin from April 1.
• राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने बहुप्रतीक्षित सार्वभौमिक स्वास्थ्य योजना (“मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी योजना”) की  घोषणा की है| 
• यह योजना 1 मई, 2021 को शुरू की जाएगी।
• मुख्यमंत्री ने यह भी घोषणा की कि जो लोग राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम (NFSA) या सामाजिक-आर्थिक जाति जनगणना (SECC) लाभार्थी सूची में शामिल नहीं हैं उनके लिए पंजीकरण 1 अप्रैल, 2021 से शुरू होगा। 
• इस सार्वभौमिक स्वास्थ्य कवरेज योजना की घोषणा  राज्य के बजट भाषण में की गई थी। सरकार ने इस योजना की घोषणा 3,500 करोड़ रुपये के बजट परिव्यय के साथ की थी। 
• मुख्मंत्री चिरंजीवी योजना के तहत, राजस्थान में सभी परिवारों को एक कैशलेस स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रदान की जाएगी। परिवारों को 5 लाख रुपये तक की स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं मिलेंगी|
